Digital Wyzdom is pleased to announce that it has launched a new division dedicated to workplace investigations, designed specifically to provide support for lawyers involved in employment law.

The practice focuses specifically on the investigation of issues such as:

The organization has suffered two concurring external web attacks resulting in unauthorized access onto its network and its internal servers. The second intrusion took place at their second office location, which housed their database servers.

Digital Wyzdom is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a large computer forensic investigation contract by a large accounting and consulting firm.

Digital Wyzdom is providing an on-site team of 4 people, including: 1 senior forensic specialist, 1 forensic specialist, 1 private investigator, and 1 senior network specialist. The team will be required to Investigate, Analyze, and Preserve data, which is to be presented in court. This Investigation Contract represents a significant case involving intellectual property theft of an estimated C$20 million.

Digital Wyzdom was involved in the execution of “Anton Piller order “, which resulted in successful seizure of approximately 45 hard drives and other media pertaining to the investigation. Digital Wyzdom, in addition to being responsible for analysis of all the collected media, will also examine defendants mid size server infrastructure, which had been compromised, infringing clients intellectual property.
