Digital Wyzdom is pleased to announce that it has been awarded an E-Discovery project involving: Fraud and theft of intellectual property between 2 large manufacturing organizations in North America.

The organization was referred to Digital Wyzdom through their external legal counsel, a mid size law firm with an office in Toronto.

Digital Wyzdom is providing an on-site team of 5 specialists which consist of :

1 managing director, 2 senior computer forensic specialists,1 E-discovery technical specialist,  and 1 litigation discovery support specialist  to carry out the data extraction, data deduping, sorting, filing, hosting, review of docs, searches and hand off to legal counsel for the commencement of their initial legal review.

The project involves an estimated 2-3TB of data, spread across Servers, and backup tape drives.

Once the initial project scope is complete,the team will be available for any additional support and proceedings.

Digital Wyzdom’s Daniel Tobok (President) will speak at the Osgoode Professional Development seminar on “Injunctions: the Practical Guide to Law, Procedure and Strategy”. The conference will be held April 19, 2010.

Digital Wyzdom is pleased to announce that it has been engaged by one of the worlds largest mining organizations toinvestigate allegation of internal corporate fraud, against a former group of employees. 

Digital Wyzdom is providing an on-site team of 4 professionals, which will include 1 computer forensics expert, 2 security specialists and 1 fraud examiner.

The client is estimating the loss to be undera million dollars.
